Once you are eligible, you can start creating your own domain after finishing the initial event quest.
How To Build A Domain In Divine Ingenuity: Collector's Chapter Event
Go To Event Page
After finishing the initial event quest, go to the event page then click the Custom Domains tab.
Build Your Domain
Domain Creation Has Maximum Of 5 Slots
You can only create up to 5 custom domains at a time. The custom domains can also be used as preset domains to switch the default event domain for adding a personalized touch.
Make A Blank Domain First
Choose the specific settings first by selecting the domain size, health or life points, and participants capacity up to 2.
Preset Domain Can Be Edited
You can check and copy the Preset Domain of specific modes and you can modify the copied preset according to your preference.
Favorited Domain Can Be Used As Preset
Aside from your own custom domain, you can also browse for other custom domains and set them as your favorite. Once saved in your favorite list, you can now use it as the Preset Domain.

Place Obstacles Anywhere In The Domain
Similar to the editing feature in Serenitea Pot, you can put different objects from the menu.

If you are not sure about an object's dimension and limitation or if you want to see if a certain object is available, you can check the Artificer Archive on the lower right part of the screen.
Set The Domain Settings
Set the limitation and completion criteria for the custom domain. This predicts the difficulty of the custom domain. Also, there are other settings that you can enable/disable like the walls visibility and hotkeys.
Experience Custom Domain Before Publishing
This is a test if the custom domain can be finished so the creator must actually finish it first so after creating your very own custom domain, you must complete it before it can be shared with other players.
