Great Electro Support For Reactions
Fischl's Skill deals Electro DMG initially and when the round ends which is great for triggering Electro-related reactions such as superconduct, electro-charged, & overload.
Piercing DMG With Burst
Fischl's Burst can damage deal Electro DMG to the enemy's active character and deal piercing DMG to the standby characters. This is a great move especially if the standby characters only have few HP left as you have a chance to defeat characters while on standby.
