What Is Stand By Me Event?
Stand by Me is an event that will be released at version 1.3 of Genshin Impact. It will be a part of the Lantern Rite event series. You can obtain one 4 star Liyue Character of your choice after finishing several challenges.

Unlocked While Doing Lantern Rite Festival Quests
Players will have to complete a series of quests to unlock Stand By Me. Specifically, they have to clear the Glow Of A Thousand Lanterns quest and the required quests to unlock Theater Mechanicus.
