Maxed Out Bar Would Lead To Continuous Damage & Screen Disruption

The surroundings of the screen would slightly blur and you will receive continuous damage if the blue bar is full.

Bar Pace Increases When Swimming

Certain conditions such as swimming would increase the build up pace of the Sub-zero bar.

How To Survive Sub-Zero Climate?

Eat Warming Food Like Goulash

Eating food like Goulash would greatly reduce the accumulation of Sheer cold. This is an important item for surviving Dragonspine.

Bonfires & Cooking Places

There are places with fire all around Dragonspine. Going near that source would decrease your sheer cold accumulation.

Hit Scarlet Quartz

Scarlet Quartz is not only useful for destroying Crystals, it will also decrease your Sheer cold accumulation and halt it for a certain amount of time. Destroy one when found.

Follow Fiery Seelie

Being near Fire Seelies would gradually decrease your Sheer cold bar. Following it would not only decrease your sheer cold accumulation, it would also unlock a treasure!

Head To A Warp Point & Statue Of Seven

Warp points all around Dragonspine are heat sources. If you see one, approach it to lessen your Sheer cold bar.
