Second Event Let You Farm Meteorite Shards Easier
In the second phase event called Star of Deceitful Dreams Event in the Unreconciled Stars Event - Free Fischl Event, you can get 45 Meteorite Shards using 20 Resin. This is the most efficienty way to get Meteorite Shards unless you have specific purposes for Resin usage.

You can get 20 Meteorite Shards per world quest of Meteoric Wave. You can go through these world quest by clicking a option "Meteoric Wave" in the event screen, then by clicking the location icon of the each world quest.
What Should You Buy With Fading Star's Might?
As you progress the event, you can collect number of Fading Star's Might. You may exchange these to other items in the Event Shop. The question is "what is the best items you should get first?".

Why Mora x 10000?
As explained in the above section, spending 20 Resin lets you get 45 Meteorites, which can be converted to 110,000 Mora. To get this amount of Mora, you usually need to spend 40 to 60 Resin depending on your World Level.
Why Character EXP Materials?
45 Meteorites can be converted to 11 Hero's Wit worth EXP materials. You usually can get 4-9 Hero's Wit worth character EXP materials depending on your World Level.
