Realm Of Tempered Valor - Gameplay

Time-Limited Combat Challenges

Each day a new challenge stage opens that contains a total of 25 floors for clearing. Travelers have 30 seconds per stage to unlock the next floor.

World Level Can Affect Floor Start

Travelers in certain World Levels can skip ahead and start the challenge on certain floors.

Floor Skipping Depending On Clear Time

Travelers can skip floors ahead of time depending on how much time they took to clear the floor. However, the higher you get, the less floors you can skip at a time.

Floor Clear Savepoints

Similar to the Spiral Abyss' Skip feature where cleared stages will allow you to skip floors, the highest floor clear in a stage can allow you to skip floors needed to clear.

Friend Based Buff

If you have an in-game friend that clears floor 20 and above in a single-player challenge, you can obtain a Boon of Friendship buff from this friend. Boon of Friendship gives Max HP +25%, ATK +25%, DEF +25%, & Elemental Mastery +200.

Consumable Buffs Can Be Used To Increase Your Damage

Potion buffs can be used to boost your damage in this event. You can also use the HP or Energy consumable buff that appears after floor clears to ensure your rotations can start with full HP & Energy.

Realm Of Tempered Valor - Stages

Day 1

Day 1's buff is related to Nightsoul state and characters in that state get a 150% DMG increase buff. Active characters in Nightsoul state can also trigger AoE Pyro DMG shockwave every 3s with their attacks.

Day 2

The buff for Day 2 is Melt and Vaporize DMG increased by 60%. When Melt, Vaporize, or Frozen is triggered on enemies, the team has their attack increased by 50% for 6s. Since most of the enemies have a permanent Hydro aura, a Pyro DPS is recommended.

Day 3

Day 3's buff is related to Swirl DMG and Elemental Mastery. Swirl DMG gets a massive damage increase, making the newly released Mizuki, a great character to use for this stage. The usual Hypercarry teams can also be used in this stage since an Anemo VV support is often used in them.

Day 4

The buff for Day 4 is an ATK buff to characters that get healed or characters that obtain Bond of Life. When defeating an enemy, the active character gains a Bond of Life worth 40% of their Max HP. Aside from characters that use the BoL mechanic, self-healing characters can also be used.

Day 5

Day 5's buff is related to Nightsoul Burst triggers. The team gains Max HP, ATK, and DEF increase by 65% and an Elemental Mastery increase by 500. It is stackable up to three (3). Having at least one (1) Natlan character can trigger Nightsoul Bursts but having more can allow you to gain stacks faster.
