Nilou is a strong enabler that works amazing for Bloom comp.With Nilou on your team, you can transform even Free-to-Play Dendro and Hydro characters deal powerful damage that is competitive in end-game. This is due to Nilou creating a different type of bloom core called Bountiful Cores. These cores have a larger Dendro explosion AoE and will explode quicker.
