Nilou and Albedo's banner will be released at the same time for the 2nd phase of 3.1 Update. They will also be sharing the same Pity counter for their respective character banners.

Who Is Nilou?

A well-known performer/dancer from Sumeru, also called as the Star of Zubayr Theater. A character that is full of warmth and innocence which she expresses through her lively and elegant dancing style.

Nilou is a new hydro character from Sumeru that has an Elemental Skill and Burst that conducts and deals hydro damage towards enemies and also applies continuous wet status to opponents within its AoE.
