You can find one of the Treasure Map Fragments in Lumberpick Valley. You will need to complete the Undetected Infiltration quest first before you can gain access to the camp where it is.

The other Treasure Map Fragment is in The Chasm: Underground Mines. It's in a Treasure Hoarder camp east of the Ad-Hoc Main Tunnel. To gain access to the Underground Mines, you need to progress through the Chasm Delvers quest line.

▲ You will see a common chest in front of the entrance.
The Entrance to the stash is hidden in a Treasure Hoarder camp within Glaze Peak. Remember that the entrance will only show up once you've gathered the two Treasure Map Fragments before going to the entrance's location.
Burn The Hay To See The Entrance
The entrance is initially covered by a stack of hay. Use Pyro attacks or ignite the Flame Barrels near the entrance to gain access to the hatch leading to the treasure stash.
Treasure Chests & Lumenspar Inside
After going down to the underground mines, you will see an Exquisite Chest and a Precious Chest in front of you. You can also get an achievement "Den Of Thieves" and a Lumenspar floating in the area.
Unlocks Den Of Thieves Achievements
Players will unlock the Den of Thieves achievement upon entering the Stash through the entrance! You can then collect your reward for the Achievement through the Achievements Tab.
