You can find Launch Tubes at Liyue Harbor. You can shoot various fireworks by hitting the Launch Tubes. The mark that is shown in the tube will be the decoration of the fireworks.
What Is Launch Tube?
An Intractable Item Found During Lantern Rite
Launch Tubes are items that is set all over Liyue. You can interact with this to shoot fireworks in the sky. The tube will have a rotating section that shows various design of the fireworks. Hitting the tube will stop the roulette and shoot the design shown!
