You can Observe a rock with a circle hole to head Strange Sound. This area is the south of "Masters of the Night-Wind".
Unlock A Treasure Chest
Solving the strange sound will unlock the Exquisite chest behind it. You can unlock this easily by using a character from Masters of the Night-Wind or Iktomisaurus towards the ring.

How To Solve Strange Sound?
If you inspect the stone at the area witha hole you can hear a strange sound. This serves as a hint that something is beyond the rock.
Right behind the treasure chest (southwards) you can find an Iktomisaurus. You can use that Iktomisaurus to transform and return to the gimmick. You can skip this step if you have Ororon.
While transformed into Iktomisaurus, hold and aim on the hole until a short cutscene happens.
Beyond the gimmick 3 enemies will appear so defeat them and you will be able to get the Exquisite Chest.
