(Max 2 stacks, up to 2 stacks gained per Round) When a character uses a Skill: If there are Catch points already, consume all points for this Skill to deal +1 DMG, then draw 1 card for each point consumed. (Only Bow Characters can equip this. A character can equip a maximum of 1 Weapon)
