When your Wanderer, who has this card equipped, is in Windfavored state and after using Charged Attack: you will spend 1 fewer Elemental Die the next time you use "Switch Character" and deal 1 Anemo DMG.
(You must have Wanderer in your deck to add this card to your deck.)

Deals 2 Anemo DMG. This character gains Windfavored.
When the character to which this is attached performs a Normal Attack: DMG dealt +2. If the opponent has characters on standby, then this Skill will deal damage to the next opposing character on standby instead.
