When it comes to the rotation, you always have to start with Bennett's Burst. This is so when you use Xiangling's Burst, it will snapshot the damage increase. Shenhe's set up must be done before Wriothesley's turn so Wriothesley's damage greatly increases.
For Burn-Melt, Deal Burning → Swirl Cryo & Deal Damage
For Burn-Melt team comps, having the Burning element will allow you to trigger Melt multiple times. To boost the melt damage, you can use Shenhe or Anemo characters to boost damage.

For this team comp, Wriothesley will continuously freeze enemies along with Xingqiu. Kazuha and Shenhe will buff his damage further. However, with close to no reaction, you will be relying on Wriothesley's raw damage.

Ensure that it would be Cryo that Kazuha would be swirling, not Xinqiu's Hydro. You will have to use Shenhe's Burst as close as possible to before you switch to Wriothesley with Xingqiu's Burst active.

As a Fridge comp, this relies heavily on Bloom for damage and Cryo's raw damage. Nahida, Kokomi, and Wriothesley work quite well with each other for this, with Kazuha buffing Wriothesley's damage.

It's better to swirl Cryo rather than Hydro, but both will work either way. The most important part of this rotation is to keep Nahida's Skill up as much as possible. This will ensure Bloom damage will be spread across enemies.
