Progress With Khvarena Of Good And Evil
Complete The Hymn Of Tir Yazad Series
The Heart of Amrita quest becomes available after completing The Hymn Of Tir Yazad quest under the Khvarena of Good and Evil quest line.

The area can be accessed initially but you need to complete the Heart of Amrita quest first in order to unlock the Amrita Pool. The pool is located inside a cave southwest of Vourukasha Oasis.
How To Level Up Amrita Pool
Offer Plume Of Purifying Light
The offering system of the Amrita Pool requires the Plume of Purifying Light which can be found around the Girdle of the Sands.
Required Plume Of Purifying Light Per Level
You need to have 6 Plume of Purifying Light before you can make an offering. Each level gives Primogems plus different rewards and the max level of Amrita Pool is up to 6.

You can get a total of Primogems x 600 from Amrita Pool alone which can be obtained in one go as long as you have 36 Plume of Purifying Light.
Unlock An Achievement
The Alkanet Amrita achievement is unlocked when the Amrita Pool level has been raised to level 6. This achievement is under the Blessed Hamada achievement series.
