This achievement's former name was "Escape From The Hospital".

The location is inside a cave that lies at Dar al-Shifa. You can find the entrance behind a broken fence. Initially, the hole is blocked by loose rocks that can be easily destroyed using Klee, Ningguang, Zhongli, or claymore characters.

One Flew Over the Sick Men's Rest Walkthrough
| 1 | Teleport to the nearest waypoint from Dar al-Shifa |
|---|---|
| 2 | Go to the entrance and destroy the loose rocks |
| 3 |  Destroy the loose rocks to proceed └ Get the first chest ahead |
| 4 |  After getting the chest, go and ascend the inclined path at the side and destroy the loose rocks to proceed |
| 5 |  Get the second chest |
| 6 |  Return to the prior area and destroy the loose rocks on the left side of a torch └ There are writings on the wall that you can read if you are into the story & lore |
| 7 |  Get the third chest |
| 8 | Traverse the path to the right and destroy the loose rocks to proceed |
| 9 |  Get the fourth chest ahead |
| 10 |  Get the Dendroculus near the fourth chest |
| 11 | Return to the prior area and traverse the path to the left and destroy the loose rocks to proceed |
| 12 |  Destroy the loose rocks again └ A cutscene is going to happen |
| 13 |  Interact with the severely eroded hoe to unlock the achievement |

You are going to encounter many scorpions inside the cave and you can get 3x raw meat from each scorpion that you defeat.

Scarab Location & Farming RoutesEach Chest Gives 20 Primogems Regardless Of The Rarity
Inside the cave, there are 4 chests in total. The rarity of the chests from 1st to 4th decreases respectively. You can get a total of 80x Primogems by simply exploring the cave.

Get 5 Primogems
Unlocking the One Flew Over the Sick Men's Rest achievement gives you 5 Primogem
Renamed Achievement Does Not Give Extra Reward
Even if this achievement has been renamed, you will not receive any Primogems if you have unlocked it before the adjustment.
