Get Up To 3 Crafting Chance Everyday!
You can get 3 Crafting chances everyday by doing tasks that can be checked on the upper left Exclamation point in the game-screen.

There Are 9 Parts To Complete
To complete the boat, there are total of 9 parts you need to craft and 3 parts is needed to be crafted for the stages.
An Hour Is Needed To Finish Crafting
Upon selecting the item to craft, you need to wait for an hour for it to finish Crafting. In the meantime, you can see a chibi Kazuha trying to create a boat.

How To Claim Rewards?
Upon clearing the required criteria, claim the rewards in the event page and you will receive a mail from PAIMON containing the rewards.
There May Be Delays In Receiving Mails
Mihoyo noted that there might be some delays to the issuance of rewards. If the reward is not there, try revisiting the event page and check if you already claimed the reward.
