Examine The Three Records In The Following Pattern

If you examined the Ragged Records in the order written above, you will unlock a treasure chest. Elemental Sight is useful when searching for the 2nd and 3rd record.
1st Location Of Ragged Records

The first record is located in the south of Entombed City - Outskirts. You can get it by doing the cryo totem gimmick and interacting with the cube. This will drain the water making you able to access the first record.
How To Drain The Water?

To drain the water, you need to attack 4 totems with Cryo energy and interact with the cube that will be unlocked. Among the 4 totems, 2 are placed in high locations.
How To Melt The Ice & Open The Cage?
First, activate the switch inside the ditch then destroy and obtain the Scarlet Quartz then hit the rock. Afterwards, activate the switch in the upper side of the ditch and the cage with the journal will open.

Proceed along the sea from Dragonspine's easternmost warp point. Reach the place showed in the map above. After examining, a treasure chest would appear.
Ragged Records - Rewards

You will see a chest with Crimson Agate upon examining the third Journal.
