Frostmoon Scions is one of the factions from Snezhnaya. Originally from Hyperborea, they settled down in Nod-Krai. They are devoted followers of the moon sisters.
Related To The Lightkeepers
In the artifact set story of Long Night's Oath, it was mentioned the the priestess of the Frostmoon Scions helped the first Torchbearer drive away the Abyss. The Torchbearer later founded the Lightkeepers.
In Conflict Against The Fatui
During the Behind the Scenes of Nod-Krai livestream, it was mentioned that the Fatui wants to steal the power of the moon from the Frostmoon Scions. It can be assumed that the contraption in the background of the Fatui Nod-Krai teaser is the vessel for the moon's power.
