You can find the Ancient Key at the underground section of Dar-al Shifa. It is glowing so it is easy to spot.

Ancient Key is used to unlock a drawer found at Dar al-Shifa underground Hospital. This location is pretty close to the location of the key so once you find the Ancient Key, look for a Treasure Box and open it.
