Interact With The Bulletin Board Close To The Adventurer's Guild
At the southwest of Adventurer's Guide, there is a Bulletin Board that is sparking. Interacting with this will trigger a cutscene. The cutscene is the sign that the Riddle Quest started.

The riddle 3 refers to The Akademiya. Head inside it and go straight to the Library. You will find one Precious Chest under the bridge right at the Entrance. . The Library is marked by a Book Icon in the Map.

At Razan Garden, there is a pond with lilies, hidden among the Lillies is a floating box. Opening it will give the final message.
Final Riddle (Riddle 5)
From the 4th Puzzle, follow the stairs upwards to Sanctuary Of Surasthana and switch your clock to 12:00 (Afternoon) and will appear. Talk to him to finish the puzzle.

Unlocks "I've Got It! I've Got It!" Achievement"
After talking to Drusus at the last part of the riddle, you will unlock the "I've Got It! I've Got It!" Achievement.
Unlocks Treasure of Wisdom: A New Plan World Quest
After solving the riddles, wait for the following server day and Treasure of Wisdom: A New Plan World Quest will be available and will show on the mini-map!
