MAKE SURE YOU OBTAIN THE TREASURE CHEST INSIDE THE LIBRARY UNDER THE STAIRS.

THERE ARE LIKE 3 CHESTS UNDER DIFFERENT STAIRS TOTAL.

I think you have the same problem I had. The l chest is inside the library, house of daena or something... Another room inside the academia. I'm guessing you opened the one on the outside.

Dont know if its somewhat bugged, but after opening the chest in the library, the one in the pound didnt spawn for me. Any ideas what to do? :(
