Chise's Stormstones - How To Unlock And Start
Must Complete Whole Sumida Tsurumi Island Quest Line
Since the Illusions or Ghosts will only appear upon completing the Sumida Tsurumi Island Quest Line, it's necessarily to complete it first. It's a time-gated quest line and will require 4 days to complete.

Since this is not really a quest, there won't be a marker as to where you can start it. Simply head to Chise's location in Autake Plains.

Chise's Stormstones - All Stormstone Locations
Light Up All Of The Stormstones
Chise seeks atonement from the Thunderbird and wishes to light up all of the Stormstones in Autaka Plains. Once you do, they will be appeased and reward you for your efforts.
How To Light Up Stormstones
You can light up Stormstones by hitting them with an Electro Attack. Since there are quite a few of them, it's better to use an Electo Archer or Catalyst for this.

All Stormstone Locations
Most Stormstones Are Immediately Visible
The majority of Stormstones in Tsurumi Island can easily be spotted since their purpose is to guide people in the fog. They have a light violet shine if they're not yet lit.
3 Hidden Stormstones
There are 3 Hidden Stormstones that count towards your progress here. You will need to use the Peculiar Pinion Gadget on the nearby Thunderbird Statues to make them show up.

Chise's Stormstones - Rewards
Unlocks A Precious Chest
For your help, Chise will reward you with a Precious Chest! Opening it will unlock a treasure trove of Primogems, materials, and mora!
Unlocks the "Light Up The Fog" Achievement
| Description | Light up all of the Stormstones on Autaka Plains |

Once you've turned in to Chise after lighting up all of the Stormstones, this achievement will be immediately unlocked. You can then get its rewards from the Achievement tab.
