Talk To Kama in Ritou
This quest will be added to a player's quest list upon the server reset once they've cleared all the prerequisite quests. You then need to head to Ritou and talk to Kama to progress it.

Can Locate Scattered Powers With Elemental Sight
To make it easier to find the scattered powers through the fog, you can use your elemental sight to highlight them! They'll shine bright in the monochromatic area!
Destroy Power With Elemental Attacks
You can use Elemental Attacks to disperse or destroy the Perch's scattered powers. However, Electro will not work on it so bring a team with different elements!
