In the room with a Torch Puzzle and multiple Electro Seelie, climb the Tree roots and open the chest in there to get the Star-Shaped Gem.

You need 3 three Star-Shaped Gem to unlock a gimmick in the mural right beside the Shirikoro Peak. You can easily encounter this place while doing the A Particularly Particular Author World Quest.

Upon unlocking the Underground Mural, 3 electro seelies will appear and will scatter across the Tsurumi Island. The locations of these 3 seelies are indicated on the table below.

The first electro seelie can be found above the Mt. Kanna, you can either climb your way to the top, just be careful! Or use the electrogranas located below Mt. Kanna and teleport your way above.
