Underground Ship Relay Puzzle Location
Found In Seiraimaru In Seirai Island
This particular relay puzzle can be found in Seiraimaru's underground ship in Seirai Island. Although there are puzzles that open up the ship, you can enter the area where the relay puzzle is without doing them.
Seiraimaru Ship Puzzle Location & SolutionsRequired To Progress Through Archon Quest Chapter 2 Act 1
Since exploration of Inazuma requires progressing through the Archon Quest Chapter 2 Act 1, players will have to do so in order to get to this area. Without the Archon Quest, you cannot get to this relay puzzle.

Locate All 3 Relay Stones
The Relay Stones are all far from the Relay Puzzle itself. Since one of them has the Electrogranum, prioritize looking for that one first.
Relay Stone - First Location
You can find the first one under a pile of electro-charged rocks. It's near an Electrogranum on the side of the cave above the underground ship.
Relay Stone - Second Location
The next one is within a field of electro on the opposite side of the cave where you found the first one. Grab an Electrogranum and make your way to it.
Relay Stone - Third Location
The last Relay Stone is inside another electro field. Under it is a Fatui Camp so make sure to have a battle-ready team when approaching it.
Head To The Relay Puzzle Location & Use 2 Relay Stones
With all 3 Relay Stones, go to the Relay Puzzle location. You can immediately place down two Relay Stones to connect the two Cummulation Stones to the Discharge Stone.
Head To The Last Cummulation Stone
Lastly, go to the other side where the last cummulation stone is. This part is a bit tricky, but glide towards the other side and play the relay stone mid-air to connect all of them together.

Will Open The Gate To A Luxurious Chest
Once you've completed the Underground Ship Relay Puzzle, it will open a gate where you can open a Luxurious Chest. However, the area inside has Sentinels so be ready to fight it out.
