Due to a high user demands, Mihoyo released a newly improved account security reminder. It is a new verification system that is based on email address and mobile numbers.

It is an abbreviation for the term Two-Factor Authentication, this is what account security reminder does, it will require Genshin Impact players to provide two different types of information which is email address and numbers.

Input The Information Needed To Your Account Settings
Just log in to your Mihoyo account and proceed to your Account Security Settings.
If you wish to change your email address and number due to you don't have any access of either one of those, feel free to email Mihoyo regarding your account.
