How To Process Ingredients
Head To A Cooking Pot

Before you can process ingredients, you must first head to a cooking pot. These pots can be found quite easily while exploring the map. However, they are usually more often found in camps.
Navigate To Process Menu

Once you find a cooking pot, select cook to open up the menu. Navigate to the process menu. Its icon is located right next to the cooking menu and is denoted by what looks like a chili pepper.
Choose Ingredients To Process
Once you're in the processing menu, choose which food you want to process. Keep in mind that you will need to have the required ingredients in order to process the food item.
Processing Food Requires Time

Keep in mind that processing food will require you to wait for some time. So you will not be able to collect processed foods immediately. You may need to leave the cooking pot and return to it sometime later.
Obtain Processed Ingredients

Once enough time has passed, you will be able to obtain the processed food. Thankfully, you can return to any cooking pot to obtain the rewards. It does not have to be the cooking pot you've previously visited.
