How To Process Ingredients
In order to process ingredients, you firstly need to go to a sight for cooking, in the cooking screen, you need to change the tab at top to processing.

You can also purchase the Cream at Sara, located at Mondstadt. You can easily locate her as she is just across the Crafting table. The Cream costsMora x 135 (maximum of 10).
Processed ingredients and food can be found through the Processing tab of the Cooking menu. Players will just need to go to any cooking pot around Teyvat, access the processing tab, and start making the ingredient or food.
