Symphonist is Scents allows Chevreuse to provide another external ATK% buff that pairs well with her own teamwide ATK% buff from her Hold Skill. Note that this weapon has no Energy Recharge or HP%, so you will have to supply those stats through Chevreuse's artifacts.
Since Chevreuse's healing only affects the On-Field character, the ATK% buff from this weapon will only apply to them and Chevreuse.

While the Dialogues of the Desert Sages is going to be a lot more effective, it's no longer obtainable due to being from a past event. Rightful Reward is more accessible to new Travelers and can be crafted.
