For the character ascension materials of Nefer, she will be using the Fatui Oprichniki drops, and her local specialty will be the Moonfall Silver. Nefer's boss material will be coming from the Frostnight Herra, and for her weekly boss she will be using the drop from The Game Before the Gate. Note that some materials can only be obtained by heading to the area to unlock domains and boss fights

To farm all of the materials of Nefer up to Level 90 and 8/8/8 Talent from scratch, it will take at least around a week without any additional resins. Get The Moonfall Silver In Nod-Krai Region

For Nefer's Local Specialty, the Moonfall Silver can be found at the Hiisi Isle in Nod-Krai. To make it easier to farm, you can use the new Collection Area Markers to find them. The Moonfall Silvers located underground in the left region of Hiisi Isle can only be obtained after progressing in the Archon Quest for Nod-Krai.

Defeat Fatui Oprichniki Around Nod-Krai

Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau

The Fatui is one of the factions in Nod-Krai, they spawn more frequently in the Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau. You can collect the materials by defeating them. You will also be able to track them using Paimon Menu > Adventurer's Handbook, but not all locations will be shown.

Talent Domain Location

Get Nefer Talent Books From Lightless Capital Domain

You can get the Nod-Krai Talent Books from the Lightless Capital Domain near the Northern Training Ground in Nod-Krai Region. After completing the domain challenge, you will be required to spend your Resin to collect the materials. For Nefer, only 2 Talents will be more efficient upon leveling up, and they will be the Skill and Burst. So focus on increasing those Talents and save materials.

World Boss Location

Nefer's world boss will most probably be located around the Nod-Krai region, which can easily be detect and located by using the Adventurer's Handbook. However, there are still no official news regarding her enemy drop, please check back again to get more update!

Weekly Boss Location

Located At Falcon Coast In Mondstadt

The Game Before The Gate domain is located at the Falcon Coast in the Mondstadt region. Completing the challenge in this domain will cost you 30 Original Resin.

How Many Days / Resin Needed?

Expect To Use Around 2500 Resin Or More

Since the material drops are random, farming for all of Nefer's ascension and talent materials will cost you around 2,500 Original Resin at World Level 9. This is around 2-3 (14~21 Days) weeks of resin generation. The number of days also differs whether or not you want to level all talents or not.

More Resin Cost For Artifacts

Farming for Artifacts, especially good ones, will also add to the resin cost of building a character. Artifacts are heavily based on luck and cannot be measured.

Around 18 Weeks To Fully Upgrade Talents

Talent Ascension requires the use of a Weekly Boss material. Presuming you can get one per try per week, you will need 18 weeks to fully upgrade a character to 10/10/10 talents. You can shorten this by converting unneeded Weekly Boss Materials.
