Unlock By Talking To Sansa In Mondstadt
The Repertoire Of Myriad Melodies will be officially unlocked once you complete a world quest called To the Winds of Freedom, where players will be tasked to interact with the NPC named Sansa.

Permanent Rhythm Game
Travelers can now play the rhythm game in Genshin Impact at any time. All music scores from previous events are available and you can play the music with instruments you've obtained before.
Musical Score Editing & Sharing
▲ Score Exchange Screen. (1) is where you can edit Existing Scores and (2) is where the Interaction Platform is
Travelers can edit existing musical scores and be able to publish them on the official Interaction Platform to share with other Travelers!
New Instruments For Sale
Travelers can buy two (2) new instruments at the "Djembe Studios" shop at the People of the Springs in Natlan. These new instruments can be used for the rhythm game as well.
Treasure of Myriad Memories - Score Theme Shop
Travelers can redeem Score Themes from the Treasure of Myriad Memories shop. A new Special Currency is used for redeeming and be obtained from successfully performing music scores.

This permanent system has no rewards, however upon completing the To the Winds of Freedom world quest and talking to Sansa, you will get a gadget called Repertoire Of Myriad Melodies.
