From the main hall, facing the stage, go to the right side where you can see floating books. Enter that area and just follow the path. The room is located after the area where two (2) Praetorian Golem are located, pass through them to reach the room.
Get The Lost Grimoire & Unlock The Bookshelf
Collect a Lost Grimoire to unlock the shelf. You can get one on the side, before the stairs, floating above the bench beside the shelves. Get the Pages From A Last Score I inside the treasure chest.

Hit The Switch
Use the Blue switch to reveal the blue lifts so you can climb up. Upon climbing you will see the magical bookshelf and at the same time a Lost Grimiore. Pause the soundwave to get the Lost Grimiore. Use it to unseal/unlock the shelf. Get the Pages From A Last Score II inside the treasure chest.

Use To Restore A Damaged Score
You can use Pages From A Last Score to restore damaged score.
Restore Damaged Score At The Library

Interact with the shining paper at the table two times and it will unlock a "Restore" option. Use Restore and give 2 Pages From A Last Score to receive Restored Score.
Restored Score Is Given To Tailleferre For An Achievement

After finishing the Canticles of Harmony, you will be reunited with Taileferre at Petrichor island. Talk to her and give the Restored Score to receive an achievement.
Pages From A Last Score Achievement
Unlock The Flying Outlander Achievement
Upon giving Taileferre the Restored Score, you will receive The Flying Outlander achievement. This will give you 5 primogems.
