Use Lyney Or Lynette During Its Stress State
▲ You can see that Lyney's Elemental Skill was used during the Breacher Primus' stress state.
You can unlock this Cell, Splinter achievement upon hitting the Breacher Primus during its stress state with an Ousia and Pneuma attack. You can easily do this by using either the Hydro Traveler or any of the playable Fontaine Characters since they possess the Pneuma and Ousia skills.

Unlock An Achievement
You do not necessarily need to defeat the Breacher Primus, as long as you hit it during it stress state that is indicated on the video above in order to get the Cell, Splinter achievement!
