The Do You Believe In Rapture? achievement can be obtained after completing the 3 challenges in the underwater area of Salacia Plain, north area.

Complete The 3 Challenges To Get An Achievement
In the northern part of Salacia Plain, there is a Precious Chest locked inside a hydro barrier. In order to break this hydro barrier you need to complete the 3 challenges connected to the sphere. Just follow the water flow and it will lead you to the challenge area.
Challenge 1 - Activate All The Resonance Points Using Sonar
Procedure

Take note of this pattern, since this will be the pattern that you will be following to complete the challenge.

Use the Sonar skill and continuously hit the Resonance Point according to the pattern.

Once the challenge is complete, you will obtain an Exquisite Chest.
Challenge 2 - Destroy The Pufferfruits
Procedure
1
In this challenge, you will only have 3 attacks/chances. Use the charge attack (hold the button) to keep producing Sonars towards the Pufferfruit, this hold attack is considered one (1) attack already.

Once the challenge is done, another exquisite chest will be unlocked
Challenge 3 - Find The Pneumousia Relay
Procedure

You can find the Pneuma Relay behind the 2 Blubberbeast, facing the precious chest/hydro sphere

Hit the Pneuma Relay so it will trigger a hydro ring and unseal the Precious Chest that is locked inside a hydro barrier.
Unlock Do You Believe In Rapture? Achievement
After completing the 3rd challenge and unsealing the Precious Chest in the middle, you will finally be able to unlock the Do You Believe In Rapture? achievement.
