This instance of Stellar Restoration will grant Keqing Electro Infusion without creating another Lightning Stiletto. (When Keqing uses Stellar Restoration with this card in Hand: Instead of creating another Lightning Stiletto, discard this card and Keqing gains Electro Infusion)

Fast Switch To Keqing
You can immediately switch to Keqing then use her Burst for only 3 Electro dice. This card also gives her an Electro infusion which increases her Electro DMG by 1.
Affects Buffs When Switching
Transferable buff such as shield points are also applied to Keqing upon switching. This is can instantly trigger superconduct while Kaeya's Burst is active.
Can Also Be Used For Elemental Tuning
If you plan not to use this card, it can be used for elemental tuning just like the other action cards.
