There are Pyro Slimes visible in each location. You need to reveal the fragmented flower and then activate it. After doing certain actions, the rune arrow lights up, indicating that it is solved and you can move to the next one.

Luxurious Chest In Lokapala Jungle
Besides the 3 initial Common Chests, a Luxurious Chest appears near the Statue of the Seven in Lokapala Jungle when all rune arrows are lit. It contains resources such as Dendro Sigil that can be used to raise the level of the Tree of Dreams.
