Where To Find?
Must Complete Whole Sumida Tsurumi Island Quest Line
Since the Illusions or Ghosts will only appear upon completing the Sumida Tsurumi Island Quest Line, it's necessarily to complete it first. It's a time-gated quest line and will require 4 days to complete.

Abe will ask for 3 Mushrooms and Phlianemo Mushrooms after talking to you the second time you picked his Fluorescent Fungus.
