Talk To Any Illusion / Ghost
Players will immediately receive this achievement the first time you talk to any of the Illusions of Ghosts in Tsurumi Island. Illusions can be found across multiple points in the island and it doesn't matter which one you first talk to.

Illusions will only appear on the island once a player has completed all 4 of the Sumida Tsurumi Island quest line. They will not appear otherwise.
