Part Of A Random Daily Commission
Odumu is tied to the Daily Commission, "Language Exchange". Without the quest, you will not be able to get the achievement.
Not Guaranteed To Receive The Mission
Since Daily Commissions are randomly given each day, there's no guarantee that you will get the mission. Just make sure to log in every day to ensure that you don't miss it if it is given to you.

Approach The Awake Hilichurl
There will be a group of hilichurls nearby and the only one you need to approach is the awake one. Head straight for it and you should be able to talk to it without problems.
Talk To Ella Musk Again
The final step for the quest is to talk to Ella Musk again. With this, the quest would be completed!
