Step 1: Complete Tianqiu Treasure Trail World Quest
Tianqiu Treasure Trail is one of the world quest introduced with 1.3 Update. You can get Parametric Transformer as a reward.
Step 2:Use Parametric Transformer
You need to put 150 quality materials to Parametric Transformer and attack it with element to generate rewards. And you will complete Transmutation Nuclide achievement.
