Prune uses drops from Treasure Hoarders found all over Teyvat. Her local specialty is found in the Voidsea Outlook and Wavechaser Plains regions while her boss materials are dropped by Frostnight Herra found in Hiisi Island.

Leveling Priority For Prune

	Leveling Guide
Prune	[ Character Level ]: Level 90 - Prune scales on her ATK stat and maxing her out will give her a good Base ATK. [ Skill Levels ]: Not necessary. Prune's buff is likely to scale only on her stats and not on her Skill level.

The leveling priority for Prune is shown above. Prune only needs her Character Level to be maxed out for her buff which scales on her ATK. Her Skill Levels can be raised if you want to deal more damage with her.

To farm all of Prune's materials up to Level 90 from scratch, it will take at least around a week or up to a month without any additional resin. The table above can serve as your daily farming guide for optimal Resin usage. For more detailed instructions, the section below shows how you can efficiently acquire certain materials.

Prune will likely not need leveling on her Talents since her buffs were shown to be linked to her Passives. If you don't want to invest in her damage since she's a support, you can skip farming the Talent domain.

When Do Materials Respawn?

All local specialties respawn after 48 hours as soon as you collect them.
Elite overworld enemies respawn after server reset.

After gathering materials, it will take a specific amount of time to farm them again. See above for a reference on when they respawn.

Tip!	You can collect more Winter Iceleas from other Travelers' worlds through co-op.

Prune's local specialty is a plant called a Winter Icelea. It can be found in Wavechaser Plains and Ashveil Peak and you can also obtain seeds from it while equipping the Seed Dispensary gadget. Winter Icelea seeds can only be planted on Luxuriant Glebe fields.

Tip!	You can get more enemy drops by joining other travelers' worlds via co-op and farming there.

The insignias that Prune uses for ascension are dropped by any Treasure Hoarders after you defeat them, and they can be found scattered in various locations across the overworld.

You can also track them using the Adventurer's Handbook (Paimon Menu > Adventurer's Handbook), but not all of their locations will be shown.

Prune uses the Teachings of Resistance talent books, which you can obtain from the Forsaken Rift domain located at Mondstadt in between Springvale and Dragonspine. This domain is open on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

Located At Hiisi Island in Nod-Krai

Prune's world boss, the Frostnight Herra, is located in the westernmost landmass of Nod-Krai, after the Frostmoon Scions' region. You'll be able to track the boss via the Adventurer's Handbook, like other overworld bosses.

The Doctor's boss domain is located at the Special Territory Research Institute, found in the uppermost part of Nod-Krai. Completing the challenge in this domain will cost you 30 Original Resin.

The Doctor's Trounce Domain becomes available once you've completed the True Moon Archon Quest, but you can use your Adventurer's Handbook to gain early access to the boss without having to go through the entire Archon Quest.

Material Respawns

Q. When do local specialties respawn?

A: All local specialties, regardless of region, take 48 hours (2 days) to respawn, starting from the time you collected them.
Tip!	You can collect local specialties from a friend or another traveler's world once you join them through co-op. Specialties collected this way are not shared, so it's best to ask travelers who don't plan to use those specialties themselves.
Tip!	Some local specialties can be planted in the Teapot. Note that these will still need to grow in real time before you can collect them.

Q. When do enemies or mobs respawn?

A: Elite enemies respawn after your server's daily reset. Most common enemies also respawn after the daily reset, but there are others that reset after 12 Hours.
Tip!	Farm more materials from a friend or another player's world, since you can still collect enemy drops even when in co-op.

Q. Are materials event-limited?

A: No, there are no character or signature weapon materials used for ascension or leveling that are limited to events. The only event-exclusive materials are refinement materials (that increase the weapon's passive values) used by Event Weapons, like the Calamity of Eshu, which you won't be able to get after the event ends. A: When a new version releases, there will be a limited-time period where completing Archon Quests or Story Quests will give you character ascension materials. These materials are not considered event-exclusive, but are simply freebies you can claim to speed up your character upgrades.

Domain Schedules

Q. Are talent or weapon material domains always available?

A: All talent- or weapon-related domains usually rotate according to a set schedule. This means that only select talent or weapon materials will be available to farm each day.
Tip!	There are periods or events in a version that unlock all the domains every day. This is indicated by a purple 'Available for a limited time' sign on the domain interface. Take advantage of this whenever you see it!

Q. Are trounce domains (weekly bosses) always available?

A: Every Trounce domain or Weekly Boss, like The Doctor, is open each day of the week. However, you can only claim rewards from each Trounce Domain boss once per week. The reward limit for Weekly Bosses resets every Monday at 04:00 server time.
Tip!	It's usually recommended to farm for Weekly Bosses on Monday as soon as they reset so you don't forget to do them later on.
Note!	Talent Ascension requires a Weekly Boss material. Assuming you only get one required material per week, it will take 18 weeks to fully upgrade a character's talents to 10/10/10. You can shorten this time by converting other Weekly Boss materials.

Resin

Q. How much resin is needed per domain?

A: Artifact, Talent, and Weapon domains will initially require you to use 20 Original Resin to claim the reward. However, the game has a system where, before you claim the reward, it asks you how much Resin or what kind of Resin you want to use to receive the reward.
Tip!	Condensed Resin gives you more rewards and thus lets you farm more quickly. Note that some double-drop events require you to use Original Resin to get the boosted drop rate rewards.

Q. How much resin is needed to fully max out a character?

A: Since material drops are random, farming for all of the character's ascension and talent materials will cost around 2,500 Original Resin at World Level 8. A: This is equivalent to roughly 14-21 days' worth of Original Resin. The number of days required also depends on whether you plan to level up all of their talents. A: This doesn't include the Resin you need to farm good Artifacts, which is indefinite depending on your luck. A: You can also use Fragile Resin to quickly replenish your Resin for faster farming.
Tip!	You can only usually get Fragile Resin via Battle Pass rewards, Adventure Rank rewards, region-specific offering rewards (like the Sacred Sakura), or from Meeting Points. So try to be mindful of how you use them.
