The Mandragora boss can be found near the coast below Dreadshade Mire and to the left of Piramida. You can use waypoints nearby to head to the boss' location.
Hexadecatonic Mandragora - How To Defeat
No Specific Gimmick But Has High Dendro Resistance
You can fight the Hexadecatonic Mandragora with your best non-Dendro DPS team and only need to focus on the challenges. This means that Lunar-Bloom, Bloom, Dendro Catalyze, Hyperbloom, and Kinich teams aren't recommended.
Bring AoE DPS or Use Anemo CC Characters
For the third challenge, it's recommended to bring AoE DPS characters with a good range or use Anemo CC characters to gather up the Mandragora spores. The boss summons a lot of spores, but they're spread out and can be difficult to defeat in time if your DPS lacks range and mobility.
The table above doesn't necessarily restrict you to using those characters specifically, since some Sub-DPS characters can have a wide range as well. Zhongli is a notable character who can be used with other Geo characters to have a wider resonance range.
