Lightning Movement - Confutatis can be found in a cavern near the Clivus Capitolinus. To unlock this area, you need to progress on Canticles of Harmony Quest. Approach the pedestal above and interact with it to obtain the Confutatis Score.
A Local Legend Can Be Found In The Area
Be careful though since inside is one of the new Local Boss "Cineas". You don't need to beat him, but it's recommended that you do. When fighting the boss make sure to bring a Dendro character and a healer for an easier win.
