How To Take The Blank Score?

Use Your Symphony To Move The Mechanism

You can move the mechanism by holding the Symphony button.Move the mechanism using your Symphony, and hold it until it reaches the rune-like symbol behind the mechanism.

How To Switch Elemental Skill To Symphony?

You can easily use Symphony by switching it with your Elemental Skill. Press the corresponding button (T for PC & L1+□ for PS) and it should change the skill that you use.

Match Both Left & Right Mechanism To Finish Quest Objective

After matching both Left and Right Pillar, you will get a reward and finish the "Take The Blank Score" Quest objective.
