Cloud Retainers is one of the living Adepti in Liyue. She resides in the highest part of Mt. Aocang and she is also known as Shenhe and Ganyu.

In the game, the Cloud Retainer is fond of creating different useful machines like Guizhong. In the Story Teaser: Echoes of the Heart, it was shown that Guizhong and Cloud Retainer are presenting their machine inventories to Rex Lapis.
