Complete Secret Summer Paradise: Part 3 Quest
The Water Droplets and their mini-games at the Thinker's Theatre do not show up until you complete the Secret Summer Paradise: Part 3 quest. Not only does the quest give you access to the Thinker's Theatre, but it also unlocks various mini-games around the area.

Unlock A Treasure Chest
Each of the Water Droplet mini-games and puzzles rewards players with a treasure chest once completed. The chest is nearby and can be claimed once the puzzle has been solved.

How To Solve
Take A Picture That Matches The Scene
You can read the clue on the post nearby. Follow the clue and go to the highlighted spot then take a picture of the Hydro Eidolons on the scene once ready.
Wait For The Right Angle
You cannot simply take a picture of the scene and you need to wait for a highlighted message before taking the picture.
