The Lost Energy Block can be loaded in the damage Ruin Guards in Sumeru. There are five places to load the lost energy blocks. If you solve the puzzles at each of the locations marked with (★) and follow the mechanics, you can load three lost energy blocks at once into the damaged Ruins Guards.

No Rewards Such As Primogems
Even if you load a lost energy block into the Ruins Guard, the code will only be displayed, but you will not receive any rewards. There are no related world quest, so if your goal is to get a reward, it's okay if you don't do this.
Unlocks An Achievement
You can complete an achievement by loading energy blocks in 5 Ruins Guards. After the achievement is earned, the existing energy blocks are going to disappear including those in your inventory.

There are a total of 20 lost energy blocks available and 18 can be found in Sumeru. Note that if a total of 15 pieces are loaded into the Ruins Guards, the remaining pieces are going to disappear including those in your possession.
