Where Are the Fierce Creatures? is a hidden quest that cannot be navigated via the Quest Menu therefore it will not show on the mini-map. Talk to Santon and he will ask you to drive away 3 overgrown creatures.

You can find Gator Raja in a lake located east of Sumeru City.
Sumpter Beastlord

Sumpter Beastlord is in a cave located southeast of the Spire of Solitary Enlightenment Domain. Approaching the location will start Paimon's dialogue saying that the Sumpter Beastlord should be nearby.
Rishboland Raja

Rishboland Raja appears at the Notice located southwest of the Steeple of Ignorance Domain.
How To Make Rishboland Raja Appear?
Interacting with the Notice Board will give you the clue. Place Fowl x 1 on the plate beside the Notice Board and change the time to night (21:00 to 03:00) and Rishboland Raja will appear.
Return To Santon To Complete Quest
After you defeated all 3 overgrown creatures go back to Santon and talk to him and once you receive the rewards, the quest will be completed.
