You can find Hosseini under the waypoint towards the end of the Ad-Hoc Main Tunnel in the Chasm.
Automated Charging Challenge Guide

Focus On Enemies Attacking The Spike
The main priority here is to clear the enemies that will come in to attack the Spike. Defeating them faster will allow the Spike to charge continuously.
Use The Lumenstone Adjuvant To Clear The Mud
Clear the mud around the Pursin Spike to allow it to charge faster. This is not a requirement and will just quicken the whole process.
Use Lumenstone Lamps To Charge The Lumenstone Adjuvant
There are two Lumenstone Lamps within the vicinity that you can use to charge your Lumenstone Adjuvant. It's best to recharge your Lumenstone Adjuvant after defeating a wave of enemies.
