Sinister Instruction - How To Unlock & Location
Talk to Washizu In Serpent's Head
Washizu is a non-hostile Kairagi: Dancing Thunder found next to a altar in Serpent's Head. Talk to him, but this will not start the Sinister Instruction quest.

Pray At The Altar For 4 Different Days
This quest can only be triggered after praying at the altar for 4 consecutive days. This is in real life days, meaning you have to log-in for 4 days and pray with each one.
Quest Is Given On 4th Day
At the 4th day, pray once again at the altar. Washizu will become hostile and after defeating him, you will receive the quest.
